Guys, how do they get such small video sizes with such good quality? 21 minutes in 70mb?

i love downloading your stuff but for some reason this video does not play in any of the media players i have which include; windows media player, vlc, realplayer, quicktime, and a few other.

Note: I'm not saying it is bad, everything i have ever dl'd from eztv has worked played great, this is just something that i find extremely wierd. will re-dl it and post again.
